I have built a LOT of Joomla websites over the past few years. I go through the typical steps.

• Register Domain Name
• FTP Joomla files up to Webserver
• Create new database
• Run installer
• Delete \ Rename installation directory
• Install Joomla Template
• Add additional Components \ Modules
• Add Content
• Keep up with security updates
• etc… etc…

Rest assured, there is a MUCH better way.
