Read about our new Simplweb 2.0 platform
Joomla hosted in the cloud, and up to 5 sites for just $24.95 – all with
our unlimited support and fully managed code updates.
With Simplweb 2.0 you’ll create a "master" account and then create
up to 5 slave websites. You can create and delete as much as you like as
long as you don’t go over that 5 site limit.
Each site can have the same, or different, administrator emails and login
credentials. For all you web designers out there offering Joomla sites to
your clients, this is an ideal way to consolidate your billing and client
websites!
What Else is in Simplweb 2.0
The new Multiple Accounts meant a major revision in our platform. While we
were at it, we made some other major revisions to improve our service!
Better Account Management
Handling those credit cards is difficult, so we have added a new interface
for you to check and edit your cards, subscriptions, and billing details.
Cloud Based Hosting
Simplweb 2.0 has moved to cloud based hosting! Fully scalable in minutes, a
cloud server environment will allow your Simplweb sites to grow to meet any
demand.
If you are going to host websites, why not use the best? We choose Rackspace
as our partner, you can feel confident in their world class service.
New SEO Tools
We have included a number of new SEO tools for you to make sure your site is
getting the traffic it needs to be successful. These include
* Scribe for Joomla
An article SEO analysis tool (3rd party subscription required)
* Simply Links
SEO Internal keyword linking tool
* Site Prefix and Suffix
SEO site title tool
New Comment System
Our included comment system will be getting a major upgrade to one that uses
the ragingly popular Disqus platform. This allows users to login and comment
with 3rd party social sites such as Twitter and Facebook greatly increasing
your social network visibility.
Improved Security
In the background we have been adding several increased security measures,
all actively working to keep your site secure.
How Migration Works
Right now, your login to your current sites is unaffected – but you won’t be able to
log into the new simplweb.com yet.
Starting Monday, we’ll be migrating all current customers to Simplweb 2.0. We’ll ask
you to create a new account and we’ll help you match up what sites you want to be
in that account (up to 5).
You don’t have to do anything right now, but if you are desperate to get started – go
ahead and create a new account! We can use that account for your migration next week.
