How to add top login to the WordPress Thesis theme

I have gotten a few requests from people that would like to add a top login to a Thesis based website. I wanted to make this as easy as possible so with only 1 file upload, a few lines of code to custom_function.php and custom.css and you will have a working top login. I separated the actual login code into it’s own file so your custom_functions.php doesn’t get too out of hand. I have provided a zip file download available at the bottom of this post.

CMS Expo Learning & Business Conference

Registration has opened for this year’s first CMS Expo to be held in Chicago, IL.  Having attended last years Expo and seeing first hand what a phenomenal job the organizers did with their original CMS Expo, I am sure that this years Expo will be even better.

This should be a very interesting contest…

There’s no shortage of people willing to rhapsodize about why their favorite open source content management system is better than everyone else’s. So it’s sure to be interesting to watch three skilled, dedicated teams trying to prove the superiority of Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress, respectively, in a three-way showdown next month at the South by Southwest Interactive Festival.

TSHEETSI was recently approached to work with an online company providing end user support. This rather new company was growing steadily to the point that the owner was ready to hand the majority of support over to someone else so he can focus back on the business. This new company puts a very high emphasis on support, but they really didn’t have a good idea of what the support needs of the business were. The one thing they required of me, other than class A support, was a very detailed accounting of my time spent doing support.
